  • Support to reinforce clients own Sales teams at Headquarters (and /or on site) and provide advice, expertise / comprehensive range of services to assist in the success / profitability of new developments of all sizes within our home territory.
  • Work closely with Builders at every stage of the development process, and input on the right product mix for the site, accommodation layouts, specification, pricing.

 

  • Advice on a wide range of refurbishments (to include Grade I and II) and infill properties.
  • Our Sales (& Lettings) teams always have first-hand knowledge of the individual properties / development and the property types available and will forge a close professional / friendly association with the Builders own officers.
  • Refer vetted / qualified potential Buyers (to include BTL Investors ) and most importantly assist on Part Exchange deals.

 

Land

We identify , advise and help our clients to acquire sites with development potential and release or sell on that asset. We work with institutions ( Housing Associations) and government agencies (especially Planning).
