SALES NEGOTIATOR

An excellent opportunity for a passionate Estate Agent to join our established Harrogate team. The role is for an ambitious individual that enjoys the role of a Sales Negotiator and the sales progression side.

Key Responsibilities…

To handle the client portfolio from initial valuation through to completion of contracts. it’s as simple as that.
Fully own the sales progression cycle dealing with all parties involved and solicitors to ensure exchange and completion is reached.
Ensure that your paperwork is up to date and reports are filed.

To be successful in the role…

Have experience in the house selling process from an agent side.
Have an excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with various parties.
Currently working as an Estate Agent, Negotiator or Sales Progressor.
Strong negotiation skills.
A good understanding of the Residential Sales industry.
A high level of commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and use of Social Media.
Good IT skills.
A keen eye for detail.
Able to work to targets.
A willingness to get stuck in where needed and versatile.
A full UK driving license

LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Due to their continued success and expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to work as part of their very successful Harrogate team.

This fast paced, exciting role involves:

Working in the Lettings Department of this busy Agency.
Registering tenant details and matching them to available properties.
Booking property valuations.
Carrying out accompanied viewings with tenants.
Negotiating rent terms and liaising between tenants and landlords.
Sharing information to secure additional business.
Recommending the company’s other products, such as insurance and financial services.
Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals

Ideally you will already be an experienced Lettings professional, with a strong knowledge of the industry, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area. You must have:

A minimum of 1 years Lettings experience.
Strong negotiation skills.
A good understanding of the Residential Lettings industry.
A high level of commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and use of Social Media.
Good IT skills, including knowledge of CFP Winman, Microsoft Word and Excel.
A keen eye for detail.
Able to work to targets.
A willingness to go the extra mile.
A full UK driving license
