The role:
A client facing role in which you will join our award-winning Lettings department, helping our clients find their new home and dealing with the process, from booking in their viewing to handing over the keys on move in day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dealing with enquiries on the phone and by email.
- Undertake property matching for prospective tenants as required
- Setting up viewings and showing potential clients around the property
- Managing the letting process through our electronic systems
- Landlord, Tenant and property data input
- Producing appropriate admin paperwork to Landlords & Tenants
- Prospect & arrange rental valuations for prospective Landlords
- Liaise between Landlords, prospective Tenants and colleagues during the application referencing process to ensure a smooth move in
- Be aware of opportunities to promote other company products & services
- Assisting colleagues with other duties as required
You will need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Experience delivering fantastic customer service.
- Excellent IT skills.
- An enthusiastic and high energy approach to work.
- Clean UK driving licence required along with occasional use of your own car.
