When your tenancy ends, we’ll arrange for the same inventory clerk who carried out the initial check-in to inspect the property. We’ll then provide a detailed report outlining any deductions from the deposit.
Our goal is to facilitate a smooth deposit return process. We’ll work with both you and your tenant to reach an agreement on the deposit deductions. If a dispute arises, we’ll mediate or, if necessary, refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution service.
Once the deposit matter is resolved, we’ll arrange any necessary repairs or maintenance to prepare the property for new tenants.
