To be entered into the draw you must instruct Myrings as your sole agent by 31st January 2026. The draw will take place on 31st January 2026 and the winners will be announced and contacted that day.
First prize – Sale: All estate agency fees for the sale of your property will be waivered. Rental: Fees waivered for the length of first tenancy up to a maximum of 6 months.
Second prize – Includes 2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast for 2 at the Royal Whitby Hotel. Valid Sunday to Friday subject to availability until 31.03.26
Third prize – Includes 3 course meal for 2 people and complimentary bottle of champagne at Pranzo Italian Restaurant, Harrogate. Valid Sunday to Friday until 31.03.26
