Vacancies:

Role: Accompanied Viewer
Location: Harrogate & surrounding villages

Myrings is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, reliable and professional Accompanied Viewer to join our team. This role is all about people, you’ll be the friendly face who shows buyers and tenants around our properties and represents our family business out on the road.

What you’ll be doing

• Accompanying prospective buyers and tenants on viewings
• Presenting properties in their best light and answering basic questions
• Giving clear, honest feedback to the office after each viewing
• Building rapport and making people feel at ease during what can be a stressful time
• Acting as an ambassador for Myrings’ values: family, integrity, and genuine care

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, confident and well-presented
• Has excellent people skills and a calm, professional manner
• Is punctual, organised and reliable
• Is comfortable working independently and following a schedule
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has use of a car

Experience in estate agency is helpful but not essential, attitude, reliability and people skills matter most. Full training will be given.

Hours & Pay

• Flexible hours with a focus on weekdays and some Saturdays
• Ideal for someone looking for part-time work, school-hours work, or semi-retirement
• Competitive hourly rate plus mileage allowance
