The FIA brings together respected, high calibre independent estate agents to create a modern network like no other. Their mission is to improve the reputation of the estate agency industry and to represent the best local independent agents across the UK.
FIA Members are appointed by invitation only and exclusively to the area, meaning only one local agent is chosen per area. Members are selected based on their commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism. This is to ensure competency and compliance within the field of expertise.
FIA membership standards
To qualify for FIA membership standards, an estate agent must achieve a least one of the following:
Proven customer excellence
A minimum of 20 genuine client reviews with an average minimum rating of 4.5 stars
Industry recognition
Winning a recognised property industry award in the last 12 months
Trusted by peers
A recommendation from an existing FIA member who stands by their reputation
