We are delighted to have won 6 awards at the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2026 sponsored by Reapit & PayProp: Best in County, FIA Agent of the year for the fourth year in a row, Gold Best Estate Agent in Yorkshire, Gold Best Letting and Tenant Award in Yorkshire, and the Grand Prix Award for the Best Letting Agent in the UK.
The winners were announced by the country’s favourite TV property presenter Phil Spencer at the Grosvenor House in London in front of 1,100 of the UK’s top property professionals. The awards are powered by The ESTAS own customer review platform which recognises the best estate and letting agents for customer service based on service ratings from homemovers who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent. This year’s results were calculated from over 300,000 customer review ratings.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 addressed the live audience “ESTAS Awards are so unique. There are no judging panels, no polished submissions, no mystery shops. Just real people, giving real feedback, at the end of real transactions. It’s a pure as any awards can be.”
Estate and letting agents were recognised in regions and counties around the UK. National Grand Prix Awards were also announced for the Best Single Agent Office in the UK in sales and lettings.
